Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) together with the Terms of Service sets out the rules governing the use of our Site and our Products and Services (the “Services”), and also when contacting our Support Team via Live Chat, via support@pharmlogic.co.uk or via any other means of communication.

By using our Services, you confirm that you accept this Policy and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use our Services.

We may revise this Policy at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

This Policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, our Services.

You agree:

  1. not to use our Services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

  2. not to use our Services for communications with Patients in an emergency;

  3. not to use profanities or send abusive messages while using our Services;

  4. not to use our Services to send spam or any other form of unsolicited messages;

  5. not to use our Services to send any form of malicious software;

  6. not to use our Services to commit any act of fraud or to publish misrepresentations, or to publish any defamatory, fraudulent, false, or libellous material;

  7. not to use our Services to send any form of unsolicited marketing or unsolicited promotional material;

  8. not to use our Services to simulate communications from us or another service or entity in order to collect identity information, authentication credentials, or other information (‘phishing’);

  9. not to use our Services in any manner that disrupts the operation of our Services or business or the website or business of any other entity;

  10. not to use our Services in any manner that harms minors;

  11. not to promote any unlawful activity;

  12. not to represent or suggest that we endorse any other business, product, or service unless we have separately agreed to do so in writing;

  13. not to use our Services to gain unauthorised access to or use of computers, data, systems, accounts or networks;

  14. not to attempt to circumvent password or user authentication methods;

  15. to abide by the NHS England End User Organisation Acceptable Use Policy for use of NHS England Services that transact Personal Data, which is accessible here, as may be updated from time to time during the Term by NHS England; 

  16. not to use our Services in any manner that is harmful to us, our Service Providers, suppliers, or any other user;

  17. to safeguard your password and to ensure that your password is not disclosed to any third party, and to safeguard access to your devices that you use to access our Services;

  18. to notify us immediately if you suspect that your password or devices have been compromised;

  19. not to share your login credentials with anyone else;

  20. to comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party software that you use in connection with our Services;

  21. to inform us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised;

  22. to ensure your account details are up to date;

  23. not to do anything which infringes, misappropriates or violates our or any third party's intellectual property rights or other rights (such as privacy, publicity and other proprietary rights);

  24. not to use our Services for any commercial or financial gain;

  25. not to attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of our Services in any form or media or by any means, or to otherwise attempt to decompose, reverse engineer, or disassemble our Services; and

  26. not to attempt to access all or any part of our Services in order to build a product or service which competes with our Services.

Without affecting any other remedies available to us, we may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services if we (in our sole discretion) suspect or determine that you have breached any of the terms of this Policy.

Please note that are entitled to report any breach of this AUP to the Licensee.

So that we can identify any breaches of the above AUP, we will monitor the use of our Services and the content of messages sent. We may also monitor the Services for usage rates.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Service, and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties worldwide. All such rights are reserved.
